PDFind is coming to Microsoft Marketplace

Public installation is not available yet. This page will link to the Microsoft Marketplace listing when PDFind is available. You do not need to join a private pilot.

PDFind is an add-in for Excel on Windows, Mac and the web. Opening the task pane as a standalone webpage does not install it.

What you need

• Microsoft Excel with Office add-in support.
• A Microsoft account to sign in to PDFind.
• Microsoft storage access to save source PDFs. Your organization may need to allow the add-in and its storage permissions.

Already installed?

Open your workbook in Excel and choose Open PDFind on the PDFind ribbon tab. If your organization installed it for you, look in Excel's add-ins menu or ask your Microsoft 365 administrator where it is listed.

Choose the right account

View is free after Microsoft sign-in. It includes a Create evaluation with three unique PDFs and one persistently saved PDF. These are lifetime account limits, not monthly allowances.

Personal Microsoft accounts stay on View. Paid Create requires a separate Microsoft Marketplace purchase with an eligible work or school account; your organization may need to assign the licence to you.
